I've lived in my home here in Columbia, SC for 22 years and have always been frustrated about not having my crawlspace entry completely sealed. It is an awkward entry way. Hoping you wouldn't mind reviewing the 2 attached pictures of my crawlspace entry to see if you had any suggestions of a method or product to seal it and share with me who I could possibly team with in SC to make this happen. I customized the door some time ago along with the side panels and although it looks decent when closed, the door never has sealed the entry appropriately. I would like to remove the existing construction and start from scratch if possible. Measurements of opening 39 and ½" - raw brick opening from left to right 21" from the house to where it goes out into the yard Thanks for any insight!!! My wife and I recently purchased a home that had mold remediation professionally performed by Bioteck before we bought the home 2 months ago.
