Our representative made this experience very comfortable for us, he was no pushy or made us feel pressured into buying extra things we didn't need. What lead us to this company was the least cost for the best value of any other company in the area. We were also very interested in the foam product they provided. This company provided me with a quick reply to my inquiry of my basement issues and need for an estimate. The representative gave a great presentation of all the issues and the possible fixes for these issues.
