They recommended a number of exterior fixes due to the possibility of harming the clay footings our 100-year-old foundation with the standard "dry basement" system. They were the third company we received a quote from and the only one to indicate this as a potential problem! The communication in the lead-up was great, and the team that came out to complete the work was professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves.
