We completed a full crawl space encapsulation for this Nashville, TN, homeowner. We transformed the space into a clean, healthy crawl space with CleanSpace drainage matting and a vapor barrier. The homeowner is happy with the quality of work that was completed.

This homeowner in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have their home's crawl space evaluated. The entrance to their crawl space was below grade, so our design specialist recommended placing our innovative Turtl system. This system is placed over the entrance. The lid on top opens to reveal the entrance to the crawl space. This system is made of high-quality vinyl, so it will not rot or rust like a wooden or metal door. The molded edges of the Turtlr system are tightly fitted to create an airtight seal.

Our CleanSpace liner is 20 mil thick and is installed over drainage matting to increase durability and allow for the flow of water to the sump pump system. The CleanSpace wall liner is 12 mil thick and is designed to fully encapsulate brick walls and columns within the crawl space.

Insulation and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was our solution to waterproofing a Nashville couple's basement.

After clearing out the basement and removing the black tarp, our team put in the insulation on the floor and stone walls and then installed the SaniDry to help prevent mold and reduce musty odors. Fun Fact: If humidity is high, those musty odors will affect the upstairs environment!
