We installed our Clean Space to create another waterproof home and happy customer!

This Tennessee homeowner had noticed mold start to grow in his crawl space and was worried about his and his family's health. He saw one of our ads in City Publications and decided it was time to get his crawl space encapsulated! 
Our trained inspector came to his home and checked out his crawl space. He tested moisture in the air and wood content moisture and found that both were above average. The wood content level was to the point in which most see decay and mold was already growing! 
Our inspector talked to the homeowner about our encapsulation process and the many benefits that come with it, such as warmer floors in the winter, lower energy bills, and reduced moisture in the space. 
The homeowner was ready to get the project done, so he agreed, and our crew came out and installed the following products:
SmartDrain- If a plumbing failure occurs, this system will drain the water beneath your vapor barrier, preventing it from collecting in the space.

CleanSpace Liner-

• Reduces moisture & humidity in crawl space.
• Helps seal out cold drafts in winter.
• Suitable for installation over walls and floors.
• Super durable: 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, with polyester cord reinforcement.

Drainage Matting- raised dimples to help trapped water find their way to the designated drain
EverLast Door- seals out moisture, air, and critters! Plus, it is made out of a 1/2 thick PVC pipe and that will never rust or warp! 

They now have a healthy and clean crawl space, and no longer have to worry about the mold growth affecting their health. 

We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!

We gave this old crawlspace our CleanSpace vapor barrier as well as a full waterproof system. We also installed a new TripleSafe pump leaving the crawlspace dry and moister-free!

This Crawlspace was unsafe and unsighlty. Now thanks to our  CleanSpace system and foundation repair team it is neither.
