This family needed a quick solution to their leaky crawl space! We decided to install the CleanSpace Liner (20 mil. thick) and CleanSpace Drainage Matting to help the water flow smoothly to the TripleSafe Twin Pump System. The liner also helps with drafty floors in the wintertime, which in the long run will save the homeowner money on heating their home up.
To help fight the moisture in the air, we installed the SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry dehumidifier is a great way to get the moisture out of the air and out of wooden beams, because rotten wood beams is a no-no for your homes foundation!

We completed a full crawl space encapsulation in this Nolensville, TN, home. The homeowners asked us to transform their dusty crawl space to keep their homes happy and healthy. During this transformation, we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting (seen here) and an energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
