This customer in Murfreesboro, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space. He decided to do a complete encapsulation with us. We came in add added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls, and installed our Triplesafe sump Pump system and a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier.  For drainage from the sump pump, we installed IceGuard to protect it from freezing in the winter and carried the lines all the way out to the lawn with our LawnScape system and drain.

After removing the older vapor barrier, our crew wrapped the concrete pillars with a CleanSpace vapor barrier while rolling out drainage matting over the dirt floor. This will help with the flow of water out of the crawl space. Over the drainage matting, a CleanSpace vapor barrier was applied to the floor to make the space clean and energy efficient. To control excess humidity and prevent mold growth, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. A TripleSafe sump pump system was also placed inside the crawl space to remove any standing water that may work its way into the space.
