Another beautiful crawl space encapsulation done in Pleasant Shade, TN.  The homeowners were having excessive amounts of humidity that was producing a smell.  Frontier came out and found a permanent solution to their problems!

This home was struggling with a lot of moisture and tons of water in their crawl space. They decided to get a full encapsulation which keeps water and moisture out. CleanSpace is used and is a 20mil thick vapor barrier. A Triple Safe sump pump was also used which takes water out and away from the home. The results are stunning!

In Scottsboro, AL, this basement was vulnerable to moisture, impacting storage usability. As seen, water infiltration was a concern. We resolved this with our integrated solution: CleanSpace for encapsulation, the SaniDry Sedona for humidity control, and WaterGuard for effective drainage. This customer has a wet, musty crawlspace, and we transformed it into a dry, healthy area using our SaniDry CX system, SuperSump, and Cleanspace!

We see a lot of crawl spaces like this before picture. Mounds of dirt, a thin vapor barrier underneath that was not properly installed. It was rushed. What we can offer is leveling of all the dirt, going in and cleaning out the previous vapor barrier. Our vapor barrier is 20 mil thick and is designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space.  When properly installed it will not bunch up and allow dirt into the crawl space. The vapor barrier needs to be properly installed and sealed to ensure no moisture enters the crawl space.
