Justin L. in Richmond, KY, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to address moisture issues in the crawl space of an apartment complex. Water was seeping in through the foundation vents.

To manage the water intrusion, our team installed five TripleSafe single-pump systems, each equipped with a cast-iron 1/3 HP pump, twin pump liner, airtight lid with floor drain, and CleanPump stand. Each system also includes a WaterWatch® alarm to alert the property owner of any potential pump failures.

To regulate humidity and air quality, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed. Frontier also ran new circuits for the dehumidifier and pump systems to ensure reliable operation.

C-Channel Support Brackets

This basement's walls began to slide towards the bottom. We used these C-Channel Support Brackets in addition with our Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System to provide addition reinforcement for these walls. These support brackets are zinc-plated and never rust like traditional steel beams!

PolyLEVEL Paris, TN

The porch on this home in Paris, TN had settled and separated from the home 1 1/2". We came out and utilized our new PolyLEVEL system to lift the porch where it belongs. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that expands into rigid foam used to fill voids, stabilize concrete, and lift concrete. This system leaves smaller holes than traditional mudjacking, allows for an accurate lift, waterproof, and is environmentally friendly.

This crawl space in Paris, TN was damp and had a musty smell with potential for mold growth. To solve this problem, Miguel and his team installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system. This polyethylene plastic is very durable and has an antimicrobial additive which prevents mold growth. With humidity levels lowered, this homeowner now has a new clean area for storage!
