These Camden, TN homeowners asked us what they could do about their wet basement. We went in and installed the DryTrak basement waterproofing system to keep their basement dry and healthy.

This customer in Camden, TN wanted to waterproof his basement we installed our  DryTrak Two-Stage Waterproofing System including DryTrak baseboard water control system and lateral lines, a lateral feed line to TrenchDrain in new trench,  IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure to protect the foundation of the home. 

DryTrak Two-Stage Waterproofing System included a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. 

LawnScapeis a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface, while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long. Safe and camoflauged way to keep water away from seeping into your crawl space or basement. Can easily be riden over with a lawn mower, so no more moving those black, chunky plastic tubes that are unpleasing to the eye!
