Water guard is a specially designed piping system engineered specifically to be a very efficient, long-lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system. The big difference is that the water guard sits on top of the footing, instead of alongside the footing. this is important because the wet dirt          (commonly referred to as mud) can't get into the drain because the drain does not sit in the mud.

In Dover, TN, we installed a sump pump system in this homeowner's basement. When installing a sump pump system, our technicians attempt to place it in the lowest area of the basement. This allows water to flow through the perimeter drainage system and directly into the sump pump. Once water is inside the sump pump, it is pumped out through another drainage system that is dug into the yard with a drain at the end. This ensures water is moved out and away from the home. 

This customer in Waverly, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space and his basement. To mitigate the issue, we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard System, CleanSpace Wall liner as well as IceGuard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure. Now this customer's crawl space and basement will be dry, and he will not need to worry about all the issues that excessive moisture can cause. 

We installed a total basement waterproofing system while transforming this Big Rock, TN home. We installed WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement to move water away from the walls and into a new TripleSafe sump pump system. This will keep the home's basement dry for years to come.
