We added our Waterguard system to this wet basement in Clarksville, TN! 

WaterGuard isn't just a popular and widely used drain system - it's award winning!

It is installed below the floor and collects leaking water from the walls. It has an anit-clog design with large inspection ports for easy maintenance.

The wall flange extends up the wall by 3/8" to catch water and direct it into the WaterGuard system and discharge lines.

Standing water and dirty insulation had created some serious concerns and needed to be removed. Main beams and floor joist had rotted out.

Preventing water and controlling moisture was important to the landlord of this Clarksville Tennessee home.
