By installing a drainage system around the inside of the basement along the wall, you can capture water at the most common point of entery, the floor/wall joint. You can also capture water from the walls and prevent the center of the floor from leaking by intercepting the water at the perimeter of the floor before it gets to the center.

When this homeowner in Greenville, KY, found standing water in their basement, they decided to contact Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for assistance. Our crew came to the conclusion that installing a TripleSafe sump pump system would be the best way to combat the basement flooding. This sump pump system will consistently pump out large quantities of water, preventing basement flooding. With the threat of standing water gone, signs of water damage, like mold growth and musty odors will no longer be an issue.

This customer in Summertown, TN wanted to protect his basement from flooding and water intrusion, so he decided on a Basement waterproofing System with us. This project included the installation of a sump pump and draining system and a CleanSpace® Wall System.

We installed WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system around the interior walls, and a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. We install IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines during cold winters here in TN.
