This customer in Joelton, TN called Frontier to address issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system and CleanSpace on the walls. For extra protection, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

This customer in Russellville, KY wanted to keep their garage safe from water intrusion issues. We installed TrenchDrain around the entire perimeter of the building to prevent water from entering, this is sometimes the best solution for a detached garage. 

This home owner was having issues with water getting into their crawl space. Causing more problems with mold and mildew. When they decided it was time to have a permanent fix. After calling Frontier basement systems and talking to one of our design specialist, A complete encapsulation would be the best for ever fix for them. using a 20 mil thick polyester cord reinforced clean space liner, smart pipe water guard draining in to one of our Super Sump Pumps, combined with a Dehumidifier. This will keep the water and moisture out.  A total encapsulation also give this home owner extra storage they didn't know was usable. Plus a peace of mind that their cooling and heating bills will be lowed, and have a Dry and Healthy crwal space.
