Excess moisture was a prevalent issue for this home's foundational structure. Our crew was able to reverse this damage and ensure that they are good to go for the near future. 

We installed a new TripleSafe sump pump system for the owner of this Nashville, TN home. The existing pump had passed it's prime and the homeowner was ready for an upgrade. The homeowner is satisfied with the quality of work that was completed in her home. 

Before and after install of ThermalDry Carpeted tiles in the basement so that in the unlikely case there is another water intrusion, they are easily removed and replaced instead of ripping up the carpet. 

This commercial customer in Nashville, TN had a major water intrusion issue in the basement of the structure. Since they use the basement for events, we completed a complete waterproofing system. This included the installing of WaterGuard around the inside parameter of the basement, the WaterGuard will carry water to the new TripleSafe sump pump system and pump it out of the basement through the IceGuard and Lawnscape System, away from the structure. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona due to humidity and mold concerns. This will keep humidity under control and prevent mold growth. It will also clean the air and all the nasty smells and odors from excess moisture in the air. For everyone to enjoy the freshest and cleanest air we also installed our Aspen Air purifier system on the main level of the structure. We finished with the install of ThermalDry Carpeted tiles in the basement so that in the unlikely case there is another water intrusion, they are easily removed and replaced instead of ripping up the carpet.
