This customer in Nashville, TN was looking for a better basement waterproofing solution. To mitigate the water intrusion and moisture issues, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard around the interior perimeter, We removed all paneling and grid ceilings and installed BrightWall and CleanSpace on all block walls. Cleaned out the existing trench drain, then we dug up the existing drainage line and extended it out to the creek.

This 1920s home was built on Monolithic slab with stone walls a basement door at main level was a formula for disaster when it rains. Water came in through cracks in the slab, wall joints, stones, and the door.
