This Tennessee couple was having high humidity and excessive moisture problems in their crawl space. This was causing mold and mold spores to grow, which started to affect the couple's health. This customer in Brownsville, KY had a Sump Pump installed by us a while ago. They opted to not have the battery backup system installed. We always recommend the whole TripleSafe system, but sometimes the customer chooses to go with a lower-cost version. Then they had a flooding situation, and a power outage so the sump pump stopped working. After this issue, they decided to upgrade to a backup battery and alarm system. Now, they won't have to deal with this issue again. 

We came out and installed the UltraSump IV battery backup pumping system with a charging/control box with alarm and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. (Added to existing pump.)

When this Tennessee family bought their home in 2014, it had already had cracks in the walls and a sinking porch. They had noticed the porch was getting worse and was causing water to leak into their crawl space.
