This Kentucky basement needed our help. Whenever it rained heavily, the basement would flood due to the cracks on the floor! The homeowners wanted a solution to their problems and fast before mold began to grow and any more of their personal belongings got ruined!

This customer in Glasgow, KY wanted a complete waterproofing system for his basement. We installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and installed a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. This includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. To complete the full waterproofing system we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system.
