This customer in Glasgow, KY wanted a complete waterproofing system for his basement. We installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and installed a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. This includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. To complete the full waterproofing system we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system.

We installed our Cleanspace Wall Liner and our TripleSafe Complete Pump in this basement to transform it into a clean, dry basement!!

A homeowner in Manchester, TN, reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for basement waterproofing. A key component of this process is installing a sump pump system, which is positioned in the lowest part of the basement. Water is directed into the sump pump through the WaterGuard drainage system or the DryTrak monolithic floor drain. The sump pump then pushes the water through a discharge line that carries it safely away from the home. To install the discharge line, a small trench is dug outside the basement, the line is placed inside, and the trench is covered with dirt, leaving only the drainage outlet exposed.

Customer noticed additional water in basement, it was determined the sump pump that was currently in place was not strong enough, customer and sales representative decided that adding an additional sump pump would be adequate for the needs of the customer and ensure the basement stayed dry and comfortable for the customer.
