This home was built on top of land that had old mine activity, the earth under the home is now acting like a sinkhole. As the home continues to sink the foundation twist and buckles. The stress of that movement is more than the structure can handle. This home needed permanent soltuions for their foundation problems.

After we completed a free inspection of his home's foundation we recommended the installation of push piers to lift and support the sinking foundation. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed.

This customer called Frontier due to mold issues in their crawl space. When we did our inspection, we found moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. To mitigate the problems, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner over the floors and walls, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
