The soil could not support the load of the home, as it settled the home was being pulled in different directions. A drainage system and push piers were the perfect permanent solution to secure the home; adding safety, value, and a longer life.

Without a drainage system for the water around this foundation the soil can not support the load. As the foundation sinks and shifts damage continues to be done. A proper drainage system to carry the water away from the foundation and push piers pushed down to the load bearing strata in the earth below are a perfect permanent solution to protect this home.

This Clarksville wanted a permanent solution to their beautiful home's eyesore. We came to the rescue with a quick and easy fix, our Push Pier System!
Our crew dug below the surface of the crack to expose the foundation footing and installed a heavy-duty steel bracket. Then once stable soil was reached through hydraulically driven interlocking steel piers, the weight of the home is then transferred through the piers to this load-bearing soil.
They were then able to lift the foundation to the homeowners liking and back-filled the soil!
The family now has a permanently stabilized solution!
