This customer in Nashville, TN was having foundational issues with his home. He had sagging floors, sticking doors, and cracks in the interior of his home from an unstabilized foundation. To mitigate the issue we decided on a SmartJack system in his crawl space to stabilize the home.  The SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to unlevel floors in their home. This issue was caused by failing crawl space supports and moisture issues in their crawl space. To start the project we removed all the debris from the crawl space. After that, we added SmartJacks to stabilize the structure. To fix the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier after a water intrusion in their crawl space. To mitigate the issue we removed the water and all the debris. We then installed EZ Flow tubing, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, Drainage matting, and CleanSpace liner, and connected the drainage lines to an IceGuard and LawnScape system. Now this customer's crawl space is clean and dry.  

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to aid with the existing sump pump to keep moisture and water out. We used RimTite Joist Insulation Spray Foam where the wet insulation was removed. Now this customer has a clean, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space.
