This customer in Hendersonville, TN had foundational issues causing cracking on their exterior walls, sidewalk, and driveway. We came in , cleaned up and prepared cracks as needed and applied NexusPro joint sealant. For the wall we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and installed the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket. We used PolyLEVEL 2 on areas to lift and to seal joints we used NexusPro Joint Sealant and NexusPro Crack Repair. To permanently stabilize walls PowerBrace, 9', Top Lever Bracket 5 Lift and Level was used.

We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help keep moisture out.

Mold issues in Hendersonville, TN. Insulation is removed before the underside of a floor system is treated. The insulation does not need to be replaced if a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system is being installed after the soda blasting is done. This is necessary to fix the moisture problem so the mold does not grow back. Insulation can be installed on the crawl space walls instead of under the floor.
