This customer in Antioch, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this crawl space clean and dry.  

This home in Chapel Hill was built in 1930, the current home owners purchased 2 weeks ago. The inspectors report showed "rocks were holding the house up." The new owners do no plan on using the crawl space but plan to stay forever and want to have the problem fixed permanently. 

The plan for this home was a steal beam for support and Smart Jacks. 

These Chapel Hill, TN homeowners were concerned with the separation in their basement's foundational walls. They had noticed some cracks and gaps between foundation blocks and decided to give us a call to come inspect the issue. Upon finishing the inspection, it was decided that the home needed some additional foundation support. We installed I-Beam Wall Braces along the basement walls. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. 

This customer in Chapel Hill, TN had foundation settlement issues in his basement. The walls were cracking, bowing, and tilting. Foundation walls are designed to support loads from above, not from the side. When side pressure on your walls exceeds their ability to withstand the force, they will begin to crack, bow, slide in at the bottom, and/or tilt in at the top. To fix this issue we installed a Wall Anchor System. This included Geo-Lock Wall Anchors as indicated using a 5 ft channel wall support and small earth anchors. This will permanently stabilize his base walls and stop any further damage to the home. 

Improper footings were installed in this home, so we removed the columns and installed proper footings with adjustable columns called Smart Jacks.
