The retaining wall at this home in Hermitage Tennessee was having problems with settlement and it was causing the wall to dramatically split.  The homeowners wanted to get this fixed and reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that push piers were the right solution.  Push piers are meant to support and lift.  What a difference!

This Hermitage, TN home was experiencing one of the most common issues that we see with foundations- stair stepping. The home's foundation was settling into unstable soil, causing the brick foundation to pull apart and separate. To stabilize the foundation, we installed push piers around the home. This reconnected the previously separated foundation and offered the home's walls more support. The homeowner was left satisfied with peace of mind knowing that their home's foundation has additional support. 

The floors in this Hermitage, TN home had become bouncy from the weakened floor joists below. The homeowner had previously had support jacks added to the crawlspace in an attempt to fix the bouncing floors. Unfortunately, this was not a permanent solution for the home. We installed SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace to provide a permanent solution to the home's bouncing floors. Unlike the existing supports, our SmartJacks can be adjusted to continue providing support as the home naturally settles.

The homeowner is happy with the solution that we provided. 

This customer in Madison, AL came to Frontier for a full crawl space encapsulation. This project included Drainage matting on the floor, CleanSpace on the floors and walls, and wrapped around piers. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, TripleSafe sump pump, and a drainage system including IceGuard and LawnScape. We also sealed the vents with SilverGlo and foam insulation and finished the project with a new crawl space door. 

This customer in Madison, AL had issues with sagging floors and cracking on the outside of the home. The crawl space supports they had were not strong enough to hold the home up adequately. We came in and installed new beams under the floors and a SmartJack System to lift the structure back up and prevent it from further sinking.
