This customer in Mount Juliet had foundation settlement on their entryway stairs and cracked walkway. This can be a hazardous situation, as falls are common. To fix this issue we installed a Helical Pier to lift, straighten, and stabilize the entryway staircase, installed PolyLevel under the concrete slabs, and sealed all joints using Supportworks NexusPro Joint Sealant. Making the entryway safe again for this family.

In order to save the home from sinking further, our team installed Helical Piers along the retaining wall starting on the outside of the apron on the garage and following along the back wall of the home to stabilize the foundation settlement. After inspecting the crawl space, we found excess moisture in the air and the wood floor joists. To stabilize floors, we installed SmartJacks. This project included debris removal of the old vapor barrier and wet insulation between the floor joists.
