This Tennessee family was having moisture problems from their leaking crawlspace. The excessive moisture was leading to mold, rotting wood, and a musty smell upstairs. In order to lift her floors, our crew installed our SmartJacks and Supplemental Beams.

When our crew arrived they found various cracks around the home's foundation and decided to go with helical piers for repair. Deep holes were dug in strategic areas around the foundation. Then, we went to work placing the helical piers inside the holes. The helical piers were then pushed through the soil, using welded helical plates that easily cut through the soil. Once installed to a certain point, the helical piers work as anchors that support the weight of the foundation and provide structural stability.
