The weight of the soil is pressing around the foundation wall; the wall is giving in to the weight creating cracks in the block. Wall anchors are used to counteract the soil pressure and reinforce the foundation wall.

This home has a large retaining wall which needed a total of 7 Geo-lock wall anchors installed to straighten the wall and prevent any damage or collapse.

These Tennessee homeowners were having some serious foundation issues in their forever home.
