This homeowner has a  beautiful concrete front porch, but with all that weight it had started to sink. Wanting to get this fixed fast before any more damage could happen. The homeowner called us, our design specialist knew that a poly lift would be the best for this problem. A poly lift can lift and or stabilize the concrete. Whether it was because their soil was not properly prepared to handle the weight of the cement or something more natural occurred, such as flooding or erosion, the slabs were breaking and sinking and needed to be fixed! 

Our trained inspector met the homeowners and inspected the slab. He knew exactly what needed to be done! 

We first had to lift the sunken concrete slab, so the slabs were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.

Our crew then sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. 

The homeowners now have a sealed and lifted driveway that they no longer have to worry about being an eyesore or a tripping hazard!
