This Tennessee family was not happy about the eyesore that was their front porch. They only saw it getting worse and worse as the days went by, so they decided it was best if they fixed it now before the gap got wider and before the cracks down the sidewalk got worse!

The homeowners googled concrete repair companies and found us! They took advantage of our free inspection and estimates, and booked an appointment with our friendly inspector, Luke! 

Luke met them at their house and inspected the front porch and sidewalk. He took a few reference photos and measurements and then sat down with the homeowners to talk about our repair products. Since the large crack was caused by the porch sinking, he suggested our PolyLevel product to lift the porch steps. He also suggested NexusPro sealant to seal their cracks. 

PolyLevel: expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

They now no longer have an eyesore and don't have to worry about water infiltrating the crack and making it worse, because of our sealant!

Ground settling caused cracks and separation in the customer's concrete driveway and garage. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure would allow, guaranteeing stabilization. Polylevel provides the fill, lift, and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
