These photos display the cracks in the concrete slab at the foot of a staircase. With the downspout being so close to that crack it's easy for water to drain right inside, washing away the soil beneath and causeing more damage that could extend to the foundation of the home. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair came out with PolyLevel injections to lift and stabilize the slab, and NexusPro to seal the cracks.

PolyLevel injections use high-density, lightweight, structural-grade polymers to lift, level and stabilize concrete slabs.

These homeowners noticed their walkway beginning to sink and pull away from their home. They contacted Frontier for a solution and a design specialist went to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowners it was decided that PolyLevel injections were the right solution. The results? Happy homeowners.

This Brentwood homeowner had noticed their concrete sidewalk outside of their home had cracked and began sinking more and more every year. It was becoming a tripping hazard, so they decided to find a company that could fix it once and for all and for a good price! He was referred to us by a friend and soon called to schedule a free inspection. 
After our inspector came to look over the sinking slab and discussed our trusted solutions with the homeowner, our very experienced foreman came to repair their sidewalk! 
We used PolyLevel to lift the slabs and used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks so water would not infiltrate the slabs! 

Details about our products:

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.
