Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete porch & house. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

The owner of this apartment complex wanted to eliminate trip hazards for the residents.

An elevation difference of 1/4" or greater on a walk way is considered a trip hazard. Lifting and leveling the sinking concrete to eliminate those hazards will not only help residents but also lower cost on insurance for the apartment complex.

Specialized equipment will be used to inject the polymer foam under the slab to lift and stabilize it. Then, NexusPro sealant will be used to fill the cracks that have been created from the concrete sinking.
