Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's carport/patio/porch & driveway. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure will allow, with stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

The home was ready to go on the market but the front porch needed a little attention first.

Most concrete problems are caused by poor soil. Soil can soften due to excessive moisture, shrink due to drought or become unstable because of inadequate initial compaction. These situations cause voids to form, which in turn allows the heavy concrete above to sink and become uneven. As concrete slabs sink, they can crack and break, creating jagged, raised edges that are not only an eyesore but also potentially dangerous.
