Tranforming another wet crawlspace into a moisture free zone!

These homeowners in Leoma Tennessee wanted to have their crawl space encapsulated and contacted Frontier Basement Systems for help.  Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the right solution for this home.  CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep moisture and water out of a crawl space.

The owners of this Mount Pleasant, TN home were unhappy with their damp, moldy crawlspace. They had been using their unsealed dirt crawlspace as storage for years before deciding that a full crawl space encapsulation would better protect the items that they were storing. We installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to seal away their home from the moist earth below. 

The homeowners are happy with their newly sealed crawl space and look forward to utilizing the space as storage.  

The crawlspace of this Mount Pleasant, TN home was breeding ground for mold and other allergens due to the humidity of the crawlspace. The earth beneath the home was holding moisture (as seen here in the before image) never allowing the crawlspace to fully dry out.
