The owners of this Cookeville, TN home were unhappy with their gravelly crawlspace. After Completing a free inspection and same-day estimate, the homeowners determined that they wanted to move forward with a full crawlspace encapsulation. We installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting throughout the crawlspace to keep the space dry and separated from the earth below.

This Dyer, TN home had inches of standing water in their crawlspace. This was not only causing foundational issues through soil erosion, it was producing the perfect environment for mold growth. We removed the water and completed a full crawlspace encapsulation to protect the home and its inhabitants. EverLast Door-  1/2 inch thick PVC plastic that is nearly indestrutible, plus it closes air tight and will NEVER warp or rust! 

They were so happy to have the encapsulation done and to have their crawl space and upstairs air healthy!
