Frontier Basement Systems is awesome! I live in a wet area and my Clean Space and Super Sumps give me such peace of mind. On my last service visit for my annual check of the pumps and clean space, the service technician, Jason Walz was extremely thorough and professional. He answered ALL my questions......and I do normally have a lot of questions! I appreciate his patience tremendously. I am glad to tell anyone I know about Frontier Basement Systems!!! Update... I just had my annual service (2015) for my Clean Space and sump pumps and the service technician, Morgan, did an excellent job. He arrived right on time (which I REALLY appreciate) and did a thorough job inspecting the equipment and crawl space. He patiently answered any questions I had and explained what he was doint. It's hard to measure how much peace of mind I get from knowing my house is protected from water damage. The crawl space is easy to forget until there is a problem......out of sight, out of mind......but knowing the CleanSpace is there allows me never to worry. The annual inspections just add to that peace of mind. Frontier Basement Systems is awesome!!!

Our annual maintenance was due. Jason , the technician, came to our home on schedule and was very thorough with his job. He ran through the checklist of items to be verified and did a great work verifying each and every one of them ensuring the proper functioning of the sump system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Jason and Frontier basement systems for anyone needing their service.

The job was great and fast!! I was very pleased with the crew and the follow up. I highly recommend Frontier Basement Systems. We have worked with them on two different projects and could not be happier! They first came out and sealed up our crawl space, when we first realized we did not have any insulation in there was by Terminex, and they were trying to sell us insulation for almost $9,000. My husband looked around and we found Frontier Basement System and worked with Danny G. He came to our home and explained everything that they were going to do, I felt very comfortable with him here and he was very knowledgeable on all the products. He did not try to over sale to me like Terminex kept trying to do. He did offer products as an upgrade feature but said what we had decided on was going to make a world of difference. The work was completed in a timely manner (2 days) and immaculate! I also felt very comfortable with the workers who came to the house, they were professional and kind. Just this month we had to call on them again. We had a leak downstairs where it goes into the garage. I called hoping someone would be able to come out that day, and at the time they were unable to get someone out. I talked with the owner's wife and she had me e-mail her the pictures, an hour later they called and said Matt D. would be able to swing by after his last job to check it out on his way home. I could not have been happier!! Matt was so knowledgeable, nice, and professional. He went through explaining what he thought it could be, yet he wanted to be absolutely sure before we wrote up a quote; he also wanted both my husband and I to be here so it would be easier to explain to us both which I loved! Matt and his supervisor came out the very next day and met with us to explain everything they had to do. I was just floored by how nice and professional they were, as well as down to earth they were. They answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. Matt also tried to make sure that he was not having us purchase any unnecessary products. He was a pretty amazing sales men, and he kept us in mind not just making a "buck". Which is another reason why we love this company! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! We will be customers for life, and recommend to anyone! We were so very happy with how amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and kind they are!!

NO BUGS from under house. Any insects now must enter through the front/back door. Home also seems to be keeping warm/cool better. I don't adjust the thermostat as much.

The crew went above and beyond with the tear out project. This was somewhat extreme. I really appreciate the hard work they did. Thank you and thank them.

I liked and appreciated the honesty of Liam (the salesman). He had a solution that worked! The crew who installed 'The Turtle' were very attentive to details and were extremely polite and respectful.  They did a wonderful clean-up as well.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know how impressed I am with the basement/crawlspace system you installed at our home some months ago.  As you know, before the system was installed we had  problem with moisture warping our hardwood floors. The usual plastic moisture barrier had been installed plus a dehumidifier.  Still the problem persisted.  In addition, my spouse and small dog had minor asthma symptoms. After the Basement System was installed the floors stopped moving and the asthma symptoms have ceased. In addition our utility costs have decreased about 10%.  Bottom line, thanks to your Basement System our home is much more comfortable and we believe the system will insure no future mold/mildew problems. Thanks for installin this outstanding system in such a professional manner. I'm sure it will provide us many years of protection.
