To manage water intrusion and humidity long term, our team installed a StarPipe™ crawl space drainage system connected to two SuperSump® sump pump systems to safely direct groundwater away from the home. A SaniDry™ Sedona crawl space dehumidifier was also installed to control humidity levels and help prevent future mold growth. Because the crawl space also showed signs of structural settling, SmartJack® support posts were installed to reinforce the floor system and restore stability.
