A little basement refresh! Our team installed an interior drainage system, sump pump, and vapor barrier to help manage moisture and keep things nice and dry. One more home feeling a little more comfortable and cared for!

Our company responded to a request from Abingdon, VA, to stabilize a home's foundation. Upon inspection, our team identified the root cause: the foundation wall was cracking due to excessive moisture caused by hydrostatic pressure from the nearby terrain. Inside the house crawlspace, there were significant horizontal and stair-step cracks. To prevent further damage, our team installed four Wall Plate Anchors. These anchors stabilized the wall by connecting it to the stable soil nearby, providing additional support to the house's overall structure.

Our team visited a residence near Abingdon, VA to assess some sagging beams in the basement. Unfortunately, some contractors use beams that are not of the proper size during the building process. Over time, the beams can also rot, move, and settle. To address the issue, we implemented our SmartJacks system, which provides a permanent solution by reinforcing the weakened beams.
