To further reduce moisture, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was installed, and crawl space vents were sealed to help limit outside air intrusion. After completion, the floor system was properly stabilized, structural support was restored, and the space beneath the home was drier and better regulated, helping protect the foundation and improve the overall performance of the home.

Our crew dug a small trench near the exterior side of the wall, then installed Wall Plate Anchors to connect the compromised wall to the more stable outside terrain.
