A resident in Glade Spring, Virginia, contacted Master Services to address floor stabilization concerns. To effectively tackle this issue, we installed eight Smart Jacks, designed for compact spaces like this one. These specialized jacks offer strong support for weakened crawlspace beams, providing a long-lasting solution for sagging floors. Our team headed up to Pounding Mill, VA to see about bolstering a settling home. Due to shifting soils and moisture issues, many houses eventually settle, which results in cracks, stuck doors and windows, and other problems. To stall further damage, our team installed helical piers. This system provides support to flagging foundations, anchoring them to resilient surrounding soils. 

A homeowner near Whitetop, VA was worried about some damage she noticed around an exterior wall. Cracks were forming along the brick and she could see some irregularity around the area. Master Services inspected the home and confirmed that the foundation was undergoing settlement. We recommended our push pier system to realign and stabilize the home. 

The Master Services team installed Wall Plate Anchors in Marion, VA to repair a wall that was displaying clear signs of water infiltration. The anchors secure the wall to the surrounding stable soil, providing additional structural support to the house.
