To address moisture and air quality concerns, the crawl space was professionally cleaned and treated for mold before installing a full CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation system. This durable vapor barrier seals the crawl space from the exposed earth, helping prevent ground moisture from entering the home. A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier and drainage system were also installed to actively control humidity levels and maintain a dry, healthy environment beneath the home.

Today, the crawl space has been transformed into a clean, sealed, and structurally supported environment.
