Before & After Photos

In Abingdon, VA, Master Services tackled the improvement of a church crawlspace that had been previously encapsulated with subpar materials installed by the contractor. The insufficient installation and the use of thin materials led to the covering's deterioration, resulting in water pooling inside the area. Following a comprehensive inspection, we opted for the reliable CleanSpace® Vapor barrier, known for its durability and effectiveness in preventing water infiltration. With this system in place, we were able to improve the air quality for the entire church and add an additional clean storage area!

In Abingdon, Virginia, the experienced team at Master Services embarked on the task of improving a crawlspace that had previously been encapsulated. The original encapsulation had deteriorated over time, leading to tears and water buildup. The main goal was to prevent water damage, mold growth, decay, unpleasant odors, and the intrusion of pests into the area.

To achieve this, we selected the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, known for its durability and effectiveness. This system not only adds extra storage space but also efficiently controls moisture, effectively preventing mold development.

A crawlspace at a home near Meadowview, VA was full of mold, moisture, and ragged bits of insulation. A crawlspace with no waterproofing measures is vulnerable to mold, damage, and foul odors... as well as nasty pests! The Master Services team installed our CleanSpace moisture barrier and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in this crawlspace to protect it from the aforementioned dangers.

Master Services recently completed a crawlspace encapsulation and waterproofing project in Richlands, VA. The homeowner, who had just purchased a home, was unaware of the extensive moisture issues lurking beneath the house. The soil lay exposed, and high humidity was a constant concern. After conducting a thorough inspection, our team recommended a comprehensive solution to protect the home.

First, we thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace to remove debris and prepare for encapsulation. Then, we installed a durable vapor barrier along the walls and floor to seal out moisture, helping to prevent mold growth and maintain a dry environment; a process called "encapsulation".
To further protect the area, we set up a reliable sump pump system to manage any incoming water, followed by a dehumidifier to keep humidity levels in check. These measures ensure the crawlspace stays dry, improve overall air quality, and give the homeowner peace of mind.
