Sammie was outstanding! He went out to look at a rental property I had - I thought I as going to need waterproofing etc. He looked and diagnosed the problem at no charge...and the best part - he said that we really didn't need to do anything - how honest is that!!? He could have sold me something, and he didn't because I really didn't need it.
