Arden was fantastic. explained the whole process and made me feel like he was a friend and not a sales person.
Both Gentlemen were very friendly and professional. they explained everything as they went thru the job. Very informative and took great care to not damage my pool via carelessness. They worked very well together.
The workers left the pool area as they found it. cleaned all debris and overflow and wire brushed the edges to get excess foam off of the sides.
What made you choose our company:
It really all came down to Arden Taylor. we had a bid that was much lower then Master Services. Arden explained the differences in the bids and warned me of the pitfalls that i might run into with the competitors contract. In the end he just made us feel very comfortable and trusting of Master Services and the product we would get by using your company. He was the X Factor that helped us make our decision. Now that the job is completed i cant say enough good things about your company and the people you have representing you.
