Although there were problems with the job, your company and people stepped up and did what you could to ensure that I was satisfied. This is, unfortunately, a rare quality in many of today's service businesses.
Polite, but you may need to hire one more call representative to reduce wait time on the phone.

The salesperson oversold what the product and crew could do. They clearly had no field experience with the product which led to a series of problems and solutions that, thankfully, you did at your expense.
