Master Services brightened up this Signal Mountain, TN crawlspace with our durable CleanSpace liner. The liner protects against mold, mildew, humidity, and rot. 

In Signal Mountain, TN, the Master Services team undertook the task of sealing a crawlspace to shield it from potential issues. The crawlspace had previously been encapsulated using inexpensive materials, which over time resulted in tears and the accumulation of water pools. The primary objective was to thwart water damage, mold formation, decay, odors, and pest infiltration into the area. To achieve this, we meticulously opted for the dependable CleanSpace® Wall system, celebrated for its durability and effectiveness. With precision, the system was affixed to the basement walls using secure plastic fasteners, ensuring a resolute and unwavering fit through precise drilling. The CleanSpace® Wall system not only generates additional storage room but also adeptly manages moisture, effectively preventing the growth of mold.

This home in Signal Mountain, Tennessee had a crawl space with exposed soil, debris, and insulation hanging from the floor system, allowing moisture and humidity to collect beneath the home. These conditions can contribute to mold growth, wood deterioration, poor air quality, and energy inefficiency. Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair addressed these concerns by completing a full CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation to seal out ground moisture and create a controlled environment. The project included debris removal, sealing crawl space vents, wrapping support piers, and installing CleanSpace® vapor barrier material along the crawl space floors to protect the space from ongoing moisture intrusion. To further regulate humidity and improve air quality, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was installed, along with electrical upgrades and crawl space lighting to improve functionality and accessibility. This transformation turned the crawl space into a clean, dry, and protected area designed to support the long-term health, comfort, and structural performance of the home.
