Aaron Smith

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Carl brings heart, curiosity, and a whole lot of nerd energy to the Redeemers Group team. He’s been married to his wife Brittany for 11 years, and together they proudly run a household fueled by books, video games, and their two very chunky pit bulls, Luna and Soma. (Yes, the dogs absolutely run the house.)

Carl joined Redeemers Group looking for more than just another job — he wanted a place to grow, learn, and truly build a career. After his previous role, he was ready to expand his knowledge and develop his skills with a company that invests in its people, and Redeemers felt like the right fit.

When he’s not at work, Carl enjoys exploring Memphis to find new things to do, gaming whenever he gets the chance, and spending time in the kitchen with Brittany. The two of them love cooking together and are always on the hunt for new recipes to try out.
