Our Overall Service
I appreciate the process of the entire experience. Initially you began to educate me about what to expect. The inspector, Mr. Rutter added to that knowledge base as he estimated the necessary work for completion. The install crew were professional and efficient. Mr. Caviness and the other man assisting were helpful explaining the repair process. They were also polite and respectful.

The call representatives I spoke with allowed me to talk without trying to over speak me or sell me a product.
Sales Process
Mr. Rutter took the time to explain the plausible reason the floor was sagging. He also listened to me and was understanding to my limiting financial status. He worked out a few deals that would get the job completed while also saving me money.
Our Installation Crew
The two men, Mr. Caviness and helper (sorry I forgot his name) were fast, efficient, and respectful. Although it was terribly hot outside, Mr. Caviness took the time to explain the process of the repair.
The Cleanup Process
The install men left my property as they found it. Unfortunately raising of the structure put a strain on one of my water pipes, which is understandable. Mr. Caviness explained and apologized but also marked the small leak with tape, took a picture and text it to me. I sent it on to my plumber and it was repaired a few days later.
