Super helpful!! Dave Kerlin came out to make an assessment of a leak we had identified in what we thought was the foundation. After a thorough free inspection, he can back with the verdict that it was a plumbing problem and not a foundation issue. We were so impressed with his honesty. Really, who does that anymore? I'm very impressed with how they handled everything! Dave and his guys went above and beyond! For a dirty sump pump job I was expecting a big mess but they left my house cleaner than it was to begin with! It looks great and works as it should. Super nice and very professional. I don't write reviews very often and I rarely give 5 stars for any review, but the Davenport Team led by Nate and Kevin deserve a 5 star rating and a RAISE! We needed a sump pump installed. I received 3-quotes and the Davenport price was in the middle. What caught my attention was they said they could complete the job in 1-day. The other 2 bids said it would take 3-days and 4 to 5-days. So I questioned Davenport about this and they stated with confidence that they would have 4-guys on my job and they would be finished by 5:30pm. Well, as exactly stated, they had 4-guys work the full day on my project and they were finished at 5:20pm. Their work was great, they were very careful to cover everything in our finished based prior to doing their work and they were very courteous in all of their communication. Through this process they also educated me about a "void" that exists under my driveway and explained how that can be repaired, so I will be using Davenport again. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG USING DAVENPORT! VERY IMPRESSED!

I love Davenport and am so happy with David Chance, and the entire process. I had five contractors come and give bids and I chose Davenport because they are so friendly and great.

John came out to my home twice in the process of identifying the problem with my foundation and giving me a bid. He was great! He was very helpful, friendly, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Kevin came out and did the repair. He put down protector over the carpet, was very knowledgeable, and also answered all my question. He left my home very clean. I would highly recommend them for doing repairs to your foundation.

Roland Thompson was great to work with. His crew was on time. They were considerate and worked with me to put the sump pump where I wanted it. Went the extra mile to cover around my water line coming into the house that might leak in the future. Answered all my questions and gave me good information so I understood how it would all work and what I needed to do to keep things working well into the future.

Davenport Foundation was so great to work with and has helped us with our home with problem solving very intricate water problems. I had a leak in the basement and wasn't sure where it was coming from. I made an appointment and they were very professional, called before the appointment and arrived on time. (Had two previous companies no call no show!) David came and had deduced the source even though I was throwing a ton of information at him. He found the cause of the leak and fixed it.
