This new homeowner was concerned about the water leaking into the basement during rainfall and spring months. They called the professionals at Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems to help them find a solution to keep their basement dry. Our team installed a full perimiter WaterGuard Drainage System to collect water. They also installed two SuperSump Plus Premier Pump System, to take care of water entering trying to enter from all four walls. The homeowners were also concerned about the moisture and humidity so we put in an energy efficient SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, to lower moisture and reduce the risk for mold growth. 

With these systems in place, the new homeowners will have a home that will remain dry, year round! 

When a homeowner in Randolph Center, Vermont, wanted to replace their old, failing sump pump and insulate the area, they hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

Our customer in Hyde Park, Vermont wanted to make their basement fry once and ofr all.  They wanted a Super Sump Pump and Water Guard System.  Because of our customer's foundation being monolithic, meaning that the floor and footing were poured as one piece, they needed to have a DryTrak Floor Drain installed, insted of the water guard.  The Dry Tak is used when Jack Hammering is not an option.  The DryTrak will completely waterproof the basement and make any water divert to the Super Sump Pump System.  The pump then discharges the water our away from the house down a discharge line.
