A homeowner in Norwich, Vermont was concerned with flooding in his basement. Northern Basement System's installed two SuperSump Pump Systems, a WaterWatch alarm system, a discharge line with an IceGuard and a LawnScape outlet, a SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure, a WellDuct Window Well Drainage System, a WaterGuard System and a CleanSplace Wall System. These systems work together to keep the space clean and dry!

Justin had an old sump pump system that was no longer functional and he was getting water around the perimeter of the basement at the wall and floor joint. After a site inspection and FREE ESTIMATE appointment, our team developed a solution to keep Justin's basement dry even in the event of a power outage! 

First, our team removed the old sump pump and pump stand, then jack-hammered around the perimeter of the basement to install WaterGuard Drainage. Next, they installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, composed of a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery back-up pump to protect the basement from pump failure, a tripped circuit, or a power outage. This waterproofing system is complete with a discharge line, an IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet.

When a homeowner in Norwich, Vermont, wanted to waterproof their wet basement, they hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

The foundation wall of a home in West Lebanon, New Hampshire was in danger of caving in.  The home owner contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems and set up a FREE ESTIMATE  with one of their System Design Specialist.  They came up with a plan that would permanently stabilize the foundation wall and have the potential to straighten out the wall over time.  Northern Basement Systems installed a GEO-Lock Wall Anchor System.  The Geo-Lock Anchor System will have steel rods, eight in this case, drilled through the foundation to a dug out trench in the yard.  In the trench the rods will be attached to an Earth Anchor.  The Earth Anchor will sit deep in the trench and once attached will be back filled with rocks and soil.  Inside the basement the steel rods are attached to Wall Plate.  Finally a technician from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems will tighten the rods from inside the basement making the walls permanently stabilized.
